I had a CPTSD attack at work, triggered by the job I was put on.

How do I ask for accommodations for this without getting fired?

What accommodations are you looking for?
My dad has CPTSD and I cannot imagine what sort of accommodations would help at all. Fucked up his job security for a long time.

All I need is a guarantee I won't be put on that particular kind of job. I dunno how to word it so that it doesn't sound like I am trying to get out of work and get special treatment.

Could you be more specific?
You could ask your higherups about it first. Tell them you have PTSD instead, makes it easier.
