>be too sedentary sitting by the computer than for the past few years
>bottom point of left shoulder blade area felt like it had a pimple sting on and off
>went to check but couldn't see anything
>some time passes and the sting progresses into a mix between pinching and burning sensations
>throw in subtle funk of arm and leg mobility just to drive in that this shouldn't be ignored

anyone ever experience this, and is this really a pinched nerve? never had one before so i just want to be sure. it's not from intense physical stress loads, so it'd have to be from pressure of sitting too often, right?

it seems like i have full arm and leg strength. but the mobility feels a tad off, my push and pull don't fully match what i usually expect them to feel like when i move my mouse or sometimes when i walk, just ever so slightly. the subtle things.

shit wigs me the fuck out. i'm open to whatever stretches i need to commit if it's truly a pinched nerve. i'm just not sure which would help target my specific kind. i'm done with putting off my physical health overall, i've been conscious about it but i want to take action now.

Do light exercise at home and if it continues see a doctor.
