I want to move across the country with another parent to get out of my shithole town but I know once I do they'll blow up their ex's phone to scream at them and call them failed parent then me moving out will be taken personally forever. I want a change of scenery but I don't want to burn the bridge at the same time if that makes sense.

I've been in a similar situation.
I moved with my dad across the country when I was 16. Even though my mother agreed to let me move in with him when I was 13, she freaked the fuck out. Me and my mother were not on speaking terms when I was 13. Never gave a shit about me or any of her other kids.
You should do it. Yes, you will most likely sever the ties you had with the rest of your family. Yes your parent will get phonecalls. If your other parent is insane enough they might even try to say you were kidnapped, which is what my mother did. But it is entirely worth it.

If you aren't 18 you don't get a say in where you live unless you're emancipated. You'll get your other parent in legal trouble for kidnapping.
