It's less about which takes precedent and more a holistic approach, I've been in a very similar situation

Here is the move
>Listen to two audiobooks
>Atomic habits AND psychocybernetics, do like an hour a day
>Get back into food service or any job
>Sign up for online therapy
>Sign up for a gym, lift 3x a week
>Count calories and like 5lbs a month until about 190-200lbs
>Get a haircut
>Get on dating apps
>Join a hobby you like like magic the gathering nights, rockclimbing, etc

>BUT ANON I DONT HAVE ANY HOBBIES
ok choose rock climbing or boxing

TLDR - less about which problem to fix immediately, more about mindset and learning health habits

listen to the two books, lift 3x a week and work / get into therapy

youll be 80% of the way there in 3-6 months

Unironically go gym and lose weight. It will help you with your mental issues also while getting you in shape. In shape = feeling better = better mental health. It's a cheatcode. Might not solve all your mental problems but it will help.
Secondly, study something that is worth it in the long run. Through studying and being more mentally stable you can form connections in uni. Go to medical professional and take meds if needed. Being a schizo is NOT a joke. Someone I knew had it and it held him back so much in life it basically ruined him.
