so i have a missing front tooth which sucks and i tried to get an implant but the bone graft won’t actually work in my mouth. my teeth are cooked in general honestly but the problem is you really do need to have at least your front teeth in order to have a job and social life at allmy dentist that did the first and second attempt at a bone graft gave me this tooth as a placeholder, but since the bonegrafts did not work i would have to get something else done that is like 4x more expensive and frankly i am dead fucking broke and have been for a minute so i’ve just been using this tooth placeholder so it isnt obvious it used to stay in without any problems, never came out except once (i dont eat with my front teeth) but now it keeps coming out when i talk and it’s a problem do any of yall have any advice on getting it to stay in place again?? i hope to eventually go to mexico and get my teeth fixed because it would cost less to get my full mouth done there than to fix this one tooth but i need this placeholder to stay in the meantime so i can actually save up for it

>>34615682If you cannot improve the fit by adjusting the spring tab wire thingies, purchase PC-11 epoxy. It dries white. I guess you can colour it with coffee or something. Use it to increase the size in worn areas and tighten the fit.
