My whole life I was the smelly guy, all through highschool and young adulthood I had really bad BO and greasy hairIt was even something I got called into the office at work over more than onceA few years ago I decided to stop using any kind of soap or shampoo and just wash with warm water, and I've become very neutral smelling and less greasy, so I'm pretty sure the soap products were the cause of my issues my whole life by messing up the pH on my skin or something like thatBut that's not good enough, I want to actually smell good for once not just not bad, and I'm tempted to start using soap againShould I try it or do something else?
soap is alkali and the skin needs to be slightly acidic to prevent smelly bacteria and fungiwash yourself with vinegar and douse yourself in essential oilsif i rub rosemary oil into my scalp for beautiful hair, thats all you can smell, and you can smell it from metres away, even if its just a few drops
