I shit you not, this is fucking ridiculous.>Have female manager>She gets away with murder>She will "go out for a cigarette" and come back 3 hours later>She sleeps for hours on end in the staff room >Essentially when other colleagues call her out on her not doing any work, she makes a song and dance and plays the victim. Claiming no one appreciates her>I wrote a grievance letter and spoke to several people from HRGot a letter back to say that was AI generated, but the closing point was that I should respect her position
What do I do in this situation other than look for a new job
>>34619069>>34619072Are you shareholder? Why do you care?Just do your own work and don't stick your nose into other peoples business
I get it, because I've been in your shoes before and it genuinely pissed me off seeing managers or other higher ups slacking off or not being good at their job. But if it's not impacting your paycheck, it's not worth the headache. Think of it like this; if the head honcho there doesn't care why should you? If they're cool with having a manager not pulling their share and just wasting company time, stealing, slacking off, etc. then you shouldn't care either. It's their company, not yours, in terms of the company in general, all you should care about is getting good hours and getting paid, let the boss worry about the shit manager.
>>34619069>female managerShe sucked a lot of cocks to be able to sleep tight whenever she wants. You gotta respect that!
>>34619144Mainly cause she makes life difficult. Leaving more work for us.She also one of these ones that goes through several boyfriends, and everyone of them was "a narcissist" or "manipulative ">>34619151I wouldn't doubt
>>34619069she probably does something that no one else knows how to do that would be really annoying to train anyone else on. this has been the case at every job i've ever had, if some asshole is showing up late every day and's doing next to nothing and they never fire him, it's because there's a random thing he knows how to fix and he won't tell anyone else
>>34619069Document her absences with specific time charts and give it (anonymously if you want) to her immediate superior, not HR.
>>34620410He wanted to sweep it under the rug. Unironically every chain of command has wanted to dismiss it in some way or another
>>34619090>>34619144Amazing how many fail to understand basic economics of shit. OP is a stakeholder. Everyone’s performance effects everyone’s pay and the durability of the job.
>gets away with murderWhat?
>>34620560Are you paid to be this retarded?
>>34619182you're just not narcomaxxing you manipulet
