We've been chatting online since we were kids, travelled together many times, and finally finished the documents to move to my beloved tiny euro shithole because I have a house and better passport.

I know she's leaving a lot behind (family, friends, social clubs etc.), we've discussed it and she says she'll be fine, but I want to make it as easy as I can for her. Not everyone speaks English here so until she learns the language well she'll be tied to me. I'm not a very social person so I don't have a group of friends I can introduce her to, but my family likes her and will try to make her as comfortable as possible.
Any advice on what I should do for her?

Just keep doing what you were already doing. Also
>spend time together
>show her historical places, landmarks, etc.
>go out to eat with her
>introduce her to the local cuisine
>places to shop and do groceries
>essential words (including cuss words)
>bring her to family events so that she gets integrated into the family quicker
>watch movies and series dubbed in your language (it's a nice way to train your language skills)
Generally speaking, try to make her acquainted with the place, and share many nice experiences with her.

In any case, congratulations to you both, well done mah boi

She will best be helped by female friends. Introduce her to some.

Thank you anon. We're both homebodies and would naturally just stay inside doing dork stuff, but I really should force myself to go out more with her.

The problem is I have fuckall female friends. I have a sister about her age but she's a bitch and won't talk to the family at all. And besides it'd be weird to carry a guy around in female gatherings to translate/drive around.
At least my mom likes her a lot. Last time she visited they'd go out shopping and talk with basic English. But that's more of a maternal relationship than a friendship with peers.

No worries man, it was just a suggestion, with the intention being of her getting acclimated to the new place.
At the end of the day though, do what you think it's cool and nice for the both of you.

Best wishes to you guys

Find women's groups - sports teams, book clubs, charity work, etc
