Hi, I'm new to 4chan and I wanted to ask for advice about a military neighbor I have. Since I moved here, I've experienced strange things happening with my phone and social media. Honestly, I'm not stupid; I know how to use the internet, but not that much. I'd like to know if anyone can help me install a VPN or something similar to end this uncomfortable situation. The problem is that I don't know if my phone is spying on me or intercepting my messages, or blocking my Wi-Fi and mobile data signal, because sometimes the connection drops and strange things happen on my phone. I'd like to know if that would solve the problem.
