Hi, I'm new to 4chan and I wanted to ask for advice about a military neighbor I have. Since I moved here, I've experienced strange things happening with my phone and social media. Honestly, I'm not stupid; I know how to use the internet, but not that much. I'd like to know if anyone can help me install a VPN or something similar to end this uncomfortable situation. Thanks for any help.

Softether VPN is free. It's what I use.

The problem is that I don't know if my phone is spying on me or intercepting my messages, or blocking my Wi-Fi and mobile data signal, because sometimes the connection drops and strange things happen on my phone. I'd like to know if that would solve the problem.

Hmm, well you're talking about disruptions to the signal. If your neighbor is generating some type of interference, you're best bet would be to create a shield of foil to block it. For your conputer, try using ethernet instead of wifi

Google "free VPNs" and pick one.

Who are you that anyone would bother to interfere with your phone?
