For anons who shifted from being a lazy person, to someone who's hard working and focuses on their studies.

How did you do it? I can't seem to do it myself.
>>
split it into little pieces. the thing about studying is cramming never works. you have to do 20 minutes a day every day, sometimes a bit more, but you have to have repetition and consistency for it to ever work

find the right people to work with

You need to have a goal at the end so the process makes sense.

for me it was a two step process :
1. focus on the present : are you proud of what you're doing right now ? or with the efforts you've put in today ? you should never go to bed if you haven't at least done the minimum to allow you to work tomorrow, and keep in mind every work you can do in the short term (this hour, this day) is less weight on you for tomorrow. Try to get rid of as much as you can, if even if that's 1% of your goals.
2. Only once that mindset is settled, you'll be more consistent and capable of evaluating how much times a task takes you. Only then it becomes fun to achieve things, and only then you'll know what are your priorites and if it is necessary to get rid of certain goals that seemed too important to drop.

Look into dopamine loading. Basically when you stack all your highly dopaminergic activities at the end of the day so you’re highly motivated at the beginning of the day.

You can't seem to do it because you don't want to do it, be honest with yourself

You realize that as a male, not only do people not care about you and aren't going to help you, but they will take delight in your failures. (schadenfreude)
You admit that if you're going to keep your principles and dignity, you'll have to work twice as hard for half as much.
I did 21 semester units, made the deans list and honor society (electrical engineering), and worked 35 hours a week (so that they didn't have to pay me benefits like health insurance) and took a rummy job after I graduated to do the work for a bunch of useless Tits on the Boar hog called Freemasons.
Then some woman latches on to you due to your testosterone induced insanity, and she bankrupts you.
You have children and they have no respect for you and think if you can do it, it must have been pretty easy, and you watch as they fail and you can't help them because they won't help themselves.
That's all there is to it.

But what if it's pointless shit? I drink, smoke, and scroll mostly just at night after I've finished working out and all that and it still feels like a waste of time. I'm trying to get back into reading shit again so my brain doesn't melt.

just admit you don't want to do shit

I wouldn't be asking if I didn't want to faggot. It's harder than "just quit"
>>
>>34627467
liar, if you actually wanted to do those things, you would have done them
you pretend otherwise to protect your ego from the suffering caused by not being your ideal self
