I'm constantly surprised by how much effort you people put into protecting you virginity.

If you're anything like me, it's because you learned at some point to accept the absolute bare minimum from women and not to expect them to actually treat you like they love and care about you.
It's a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy. We seek out these avoidant or self-absorbed people for reasons that can usually be traced back to our childhood or young adulthood.

all of those things are signs of being part of a culture celebrating hedonism or female-exclusive-hedonism (eg feminism)

those things might seem normal and are often not avoidable if you cannot afford a stay-at-home wife, but there are also varying degrees. stewardesses and nurses have a reputation for a reason.

you know damn well we are talking about daddy issues here, not just a few years age gap. and it is not just a problem if you as her partner are older yourself because her perfect man will always be her father and she learned to get his attention she needs to provoke him eg be a whore. also BPD (cheat to get your attention) and self-harm and low self esteem (I am not good enough for you, so I sleep with this old dirty janitor or with a whole bunch of dudes to get validation). hormonal disfunction (high libido) is definitely also part of this. you don't need to weigh polar opposites against each other, no sex at all and too much sex to the point of not being able to satisfy her. you too know there is a kind of libido that is in the middle that is considered normal.
