For my whole life I've been kind of slow and not getting the details right. It is with everything I do like watching a movie or having a conversation. I can't recall anything about this and have no opinion about it. I never understood the right now moment and have just been slipping by in life. What can I do to become smart?

I haven't solved it but I assume it has to do with language production practice, meaning you need chatty people in your life, or learn to not be bothered from bugging people with chatty spam, learn to comment as you think and perceive, think aloud, sing songs aloud and in public.This is a serious problem, there is no more important skill in life than to have others listen to you. If you know any child who is not talkative you have to help him because nobody else will pick up on this.
