There are assistant jobs to care for newborns, elderly, to assist surgeries, to perform anesthesia, to do radiology procedures etc, as you get installed in the field you can even specialize further to do the procedures of specialists.In the future, when immigrant laws harden medicine will go this path of specialization rather than allowing foreign gps, it will keep the wages low and the workforce supplied, while the jews and insurers can keep suing and litigating and arranging contracts and deals for the highest premiums.
