I'm aware I'm stupid for asking help here but I'm losing my shit.

Context:
>Graduated in 2020 during pandemic, got civil engineering degree, market crashed
>Health too shit for blue collar work or military
>Moved back to parents
>All junior positions where my degree applies need AT LEAST 2 years of experience
>No experience- no job, no job- no experience
>Neet years
>In 2022 became redactor in university, after contract ended couldn't reapply again
>Neet years again
>At the same time became depressed and isolated myself from my friends
>Applied for data programming courses in 2025, after I got certificate no luck getting work
>Either ghosted or reject via emails
>interviewers are vultures, too
>No experience- no job, no job- no experience ONCE AGAIN
>0 motivation to apply again
>Still stuck with parents
>No friends
>No driving license

What should I do? It's like I was meant to be the fall guy. I feel like suicide is an option but I love my dog too much.

Means current economy is focused on growth and insurance. Companies want to grow with the best of the crop, you didn't become one because nobody taught you to be one. They don't want liabilities so they stick with people with experience. You have to pay for "experience" out of your own pocket or go get it somewhere where you're needed and not simply entitled. This world is fucking shit so you have to eat shit until you afford people eating shit in your place.

I’m kind of in a similar position with A CS degree instead. If I were you maybe look into the healthcare field. Become a radiologist tech or nurse or something.

Noticed that first hand. They'd rather lie through their teeth to investors but won't focus on teaching future generations, which is pretty fucked up because eventually industry veterans will die out or retire and then there's going to be insane gap to fill up in the future. Foreign work isn't going to help because obviously, foreign work is always going to be inferior to native one.

I don't want to get into healthcare because first- it's expensive and it's going to be extra difficult to get into since I'm not that young anymore (I'm 28), which is more challenging than if you're in early 20s or teen years, and healthcare overall is much more difficult to learn than let's say, to learn how to make spare parts for a car or write thesis for, and 2nd- while I have tolerance for blood, I generally not a fan of smells and touching other humans.
Thanks regardless.

>data programming courses in 2025
seriously? while you already had a degree you weren't using?
you might not be cut out for working with your head

>predicting the future with zero experience
>either bullshit or just something he heard someone say
yeahhhh, shut the fuck up and get used to hard work

The degree is pointless if market is gone at the time and there are no jobs available except garbage ones where you have rub asses with migrants who get paid peanuts, you fucktard.
>you might not be cut out for working with your head
Says who?

so you understood that markets could go belly up, but still went to write code 3 years after LLMs had launched
explain??
>>
>No experience- no job, no job- no experience
internships you dingdong. most people do them while still in school. why are you here 6+ years after graduation without having done an internship in your field to get some relevant experience?

Weird case is, IT market here is functioning well despite AI horseshit happening, the problem is gatekeeping I guess.
>>34632938
I did several internships while in university. Employers simply shrugged it off and ignored them. Additionally, you literally CAN'T graduate without doing internships. Don't know from what backwater shithole you are, but in university they are mandatory and you even need to write reports on those to advance further in school.

good luck finding an internship these days, anon. about as difficult as finding an entry level position anywhere.
