Does anyone else with asthma get asthma attacks if they sleep in a cold room?
>>34631452That's common for asthma. The cold air, specially if it is dry, tightens the airway, and reduces the natural protective mucus within the bronchus.Try putting one of those humidifiers if it's too dry, and raise the temp a bit if you can. Also of course, see if there isn't anything causing allergies/airway irritation, like mold and dust and such.
>>34631452Sleep with tape on mouth.
>>34631452Cold air often triggers asthma, yes. Are you actually using your steroid inhaler?
>>34631495>>34632269its not an issue currently. the heat in my room is good now. i'm asking mostly out of curiosity.
