YOU can't. Only professional exterminators have a chance of getting them. If you're renting, it's your landlord's job to hire exterminators.

It’s a few things. Remove places where roaches can hide , remove food sources and introduce poisonous sources of food and shelter instead.
For removing hiding spots, I recommend caulking up and cracks or spaces that a roach could crawl into on your countertop or along the edging on the floors. As for food sources just plastic bag any dry food storage and cardboard/paper. For poison you need to figure out what type of roaches you have then dont cheap out.

You might be too retarded to figure this out so you might just want to pay an exterminator. If you live in filth the problem is unsolvable, also older home will be much more difficult than newer ones.
