I love Patrick Fugit’s hair from almost famous I was wondering how to achieve it pic related is my current hair.

Just comb it. Obviously a stylist touched it up to make it look cinematographic but a simple comb will get your current hairstyle into that shape. Also your hair might not be curly at which point combing might not get you there.

Use cream and blowdry to your face. I don't use a blowdrier so I don't know if you need it warm or cold, I'm guessing apply warm to the tips.
