I got a well-paying 9-5 in a good company, good office, amazing boss, cute girls all round, I did nothing all day, just clocked in and out. It took just 2 weeks for me to open my laptop and terminate my contract.I feel so much clarity, it's unreal. I've been neet for 10 months since graduating. I worked 2017-2020 for 3 years, that was my last job, but going back to work now was an absolutely unbearable experience. 9-5 seems like an absolute nightmare and a soul sucking prison, something I can't do, period. I'm euphoric right now and I feel like I made the right decision, I engage my hobbies and my ambitions with greatly reinvigorated strength. I feel alive again. I built new plans on a future without a 9-5 desk job. I see my life and myself more clearly, what I want, what works and what doesn't. I'm also extremely thankful that my family does well enough and we own our house, so I'm not a burden, nor do I have any dependents. I'll be working for myself, my own plans, my own source of income. 9-5 corporate can go to hell.
