Maybe she's avoidant. I sometimes ghost people or don't respond for a really long time because I get anxious. If she hasn't unadded you she doesn't mind talking to you, so if she's avoidant then honestly just keep sending her messages occasionally to show her that you still like her, she might eventually feel safe enough to respond consistently.
