When I got my dog like 5 years ago I would walk with him in this one park, where I would always see this one girl also walking her dog. One day she came up to me and asked me for Instagram (Moment when I got a crush on her).

From then on we would message each other every 2-3 months just to keep in touch and once met up to smoke weed together. Fast forward to February this year I gather the courage to ask her to go out and get a drink with her. She agrees and we go out and talk about life and she mentions that she goes to this gym nearby where we both live and she tells me I could come work out there with her and some of her friends. And I do, the very next day I join the gym and start going there every day with her. Two and a half weeks later a friend of a friend asks me out and confesses to me that she likes me, we hung out a couple of times before that but only in a full group of friends. We started dating and It was all fine, she goes to a college 3 hours away from our hometown. I kept hanging out with the girl from the park and realized I still had feelings for her that I tried to drown/forget about but Its kinda hard when you see eachother every single day. And so I lost feelings for my girlfriend around the middle of May. And about 2 and a half weeks ago the girl from the park told me she wants to be more than friends. I told her I like her too but also that I have a girlfriend and how I want to first break up with her before I start anything else. she wasnt supposed to be back until the end of July but for some reason shes coming back tomorrow. And me and the park girl didnt wait till I broke up, I thought I would just break up with her when she came back and not mention the park girl. Now I dont know what to do I'm scared because I'm not prepared to tell her and I have hickeys on my neck... I never wanted it to be like this, to end like this Its all just so messy. What do I do? What should I tell her tomorrow? How can I even look her in the face tomorrow?
