I've turned into a 100 kg fat fuck thanks to taking 300 mg of SSRI and 200 mg of SNRI everyday
If I stop taking the meds I'll go insane again
if I keep taking them I'll keep getting fatter because I can't work out
What do I do?

Wtf? I take 50mg SSRI everyday and that's enough to stiffle the anxious episodes, why are you on such heavy shit? Is this why people in America have such a fearmongering culture around antidepressants due to how high the prescription doseages are?

Tell your doctor. There are always alternative meds. They may work almost as well but have fewer side effects - and it is up to you whether the trade-off is worth it (Personally, I'd choose sanity and a diet)
