Why are my teeth yellowish despite the fact that I wash them daily? Is it true that teeth are naturally yellow but are covered by a white thing I don't remember what is called? And is it true that it is bad to wash the teeth right after I ate, at least if I ate something acid which makes the white thing weak?
>>34641571Do you drink coffee or anything that might stain them? Maybe send a pic of your teeth so we can determine how yellow they are. Because depending on what they look like, it could be cause for concern or completely normal.Either way, don't brush after eating. Brush for two minutes, then do a very light rinse, like enough to get most of the toothpaste out but to keep your mouth tasting like it. Wait roughly fifteen minutes then rinse it out entirely. This ensures your teeth are properly cleaned. Also probably avoid swallowing your saliva during this if you use fluoride toothpaste.

I drink coffee every morning, sometimes later I take another cup. >Maybe send a pic of your teeth so we can determine how yellow they are. For a while I started using olive oil as a mouthwash because a guy on YouTube said it works for him, I don't do it often and I cannot tell if it's working.

>>34641571Some teeth are naturally more yellow than others, but some foods can stain the enamel. If there's no discomfort, and your gums look pink rather than red, you're probably okay. But you should be having a dental checkup every six months anyway, so ask your dentist.Brushing teeth when the enamel has just been exposed to acid can be a problem, but most foods aren't acidic enough for that to be an issue in practice. You probably shouldn't brush immediately after drinking coke or other kinds of sweet fizzy drinks. (Don't brush immediately before, either!)

>>34641571EVERY photo you have ever seen of a celebrity with bright white teeth has been doctored.
>>34641571Because human teeth naturally have a yellowish tint unless you're a newborn. You can fuck up your enamel with that amerimutt bleaching thing if you like I guess. Be prepared to havedentures in your older age though, and also if you are not american it will look weird as fuck to people. Those bleach smiles skeev me out
