I am basically the South Park fat guy on computer meme. I am seeing a therapist and psychiatrist and they seem stumped. I have been on fluoxetine (aka Prozac) for 3 months but notice no difference. May start atomoxetine (Strattera) soon. Just turned 30. How do I fix my life?
obesity is the primary contradiction. it will make 3/4 of those things better and it's entirely in your control. do that first.

I am 6'1 200lbs and all I do is eat cake and smoke cigarettes on the daily. I look really good and healthy because I spend most of my time walking so. If you want to argue health, finance and mental health. Just know it's all subjective and honestly a made all of these things are made up by society. Your brain is a muscle and you can just... 'use it' to ignore or change any of these things.

What is it with this mental mode you people have of idly whining about "problems?" It has zero utility. My mind immediately skips to layers of a plan. Depressed people think about problems. I think about solutions. I assess the progression of the solutions. I look back on the escalation rates, content, essence and interrelations of the solutions. Institutional acheivement and social status are false objects: their value in any case is actually something more specific, like the actual content of the class you're taking, the actual product you produce at your job or practice producing language quickly by talking to people. The purpose of your intellect is to appreciate the world you live in, not to impress other people. It's not even that hard to get past these stupid presuppositions. Just think of answers to your problems, narrow them down, assess their relevance, sort them on a cause and effect chain, schedule and layer them and let physical determination carry you. You should be grateful to live just to have the ability to think and feel and witness the world, but instead you're whining about "problems." I don't understand what the fuck is the problem with you people that you don't automatically skip up to a provisional wiser answer that offers the prospect of greater certainty, instead of pointing at problems and weeping helplessly.
