How do I stop guilting myself over what I masturbate to? I'm ashamed but porn addicted, so the stuff gets very disgusting. I feel horrible about myself after but because I'm addicted I often relapse into it again. I want to quit, and I mean to, but I keep torturing myself for even doing it in the first place.
