Anyone with sibilings that have difficult relationship? I have a sister and I also treat my wifes sister as my own.My sister by blood is a fucking nightmare to deal with but I still need to be in contact with her because she still lives with our father (she didnt move out, lives there with her bf and kid). She manipulative, liar and egomaniac. She builds false narrative/reality around herself, make promises, but her actions are far off from what she speaks. She always was intelligent, but she trew it all away and now she acts like the only way to entice people or get on their good side by impressing them with her material stuff (which comes directly from my father). I tried to rekindle our relationship numerous times, because I looked up to her when I was younger and I was(shes 5y older than me)and i was naive but to no anvail. Its always the same shit, she eithier ignorant towards me or just straight up malicious.Im returning from our meeting that was unsucesful because she phoned me that she will be late 30minutes. She does that shit constantly and was late on my wedding dinner by almost 2h.My wifes sister is a loner and she has fits of being angry at the most stupidest things, while she has only me and her sister as any family.Both, my orginal sister and her cannot be talked to about feelings. Its like a taboo topic for them, they even have uber issue with saying 'sorry'.How do you deal with said people if you still need to interact with them? I got over how my sister treats me and that nothing can be done to change her/bring back her good side, but how should you approch people like this if you still need to do it?

>>34655099Nope, as I mentioned, she lives with my father. He is geting older, I love him and I see more and more that hes to weak to meet me outside of his home. I need to interact with her and I like to contain our talks to our parent, but she always tries to act like we are on best note, sharing her made up bullshit, some drama or just straight up she tries to trigger me when shes angry.Last time that we talk I just told her I dont want to discuss some topic because its just boring to me and maybe we could speak about something intresting (not her made-up bullshit job, because it is her prefered topic). Normaly, when we meet she start to unload on me like I would be her listener and shes some hot shit, meanwhile she didnt hold any real job and larps as a hotels(plural) owner, because she rents 2 rooms on airbnb.

I'm currently no contact with all 3 of my brothers. Not a single one of them have noticed or made any effort to reach out to me in the slightest, despite all of us still living in the same town and literally a few blocks down from each other. It's going on 3 years now and not one of them seem to have noticed that I have removed myself from the family. While it does make me upset, I also still feel freer than ever.

I fucking despite that I cut my sister and we speak maybe twice a year (when its dialog) but other than that, every time we meet unintentionaly at my fathers place (where she keeps living) she acts like were on best terms.Shes to conformist to move out despite that she have plenty of money, but still decide to live from my fathers pension and treats him as a babysiter for her kid.I moved up 12 years ago because I couldnt stomach her.
