Im only 19 and I used to drink every day frequently from ages like 16 to now is when the alcoholism was particularly bad or whenever I could and didnt have too many adverse effects but one day I started getting severe hangovers and now my hands hurt too, what gives? How can some people drink their entire life but now im suddenly hurting like an old man, and moreover, can this be reversed? Im genuinely worried for my health now but alcohol was something I really loved. Plz tell me theres hope
>>34655356Real alcoholics just drink through the pain and usually drink to cure their hangovers. Practicing moderation is the best way to keep it "fun". If you hate the sickness that comes after, find your limit and don't drink past it. Or drink through the pain until you're vomiting and shitting your pants in your sleep.
>>34655386Ik but I am an alcoholic though most certainly but my hands feel like they are burning and I didnt drink for 2 weeks and nothing changed except me being bored. Im just scared ive done permanant damage to my body.
>>34655390At 19 I think you'll be fine
>burning handsA cursory google suggests it could be something called Peripheral Neuropathy, which apparently is commonly induced by heavy drinking. But I'm not a doctor, and I don't even drink. My advice is to either go to a doctor, or at least wait until someone who has experienced similar symptoms replies to this thread with advice.
>>34655879This. You are cursed already.Get vitamins and drink water for the rest of your life or else...
>>34655356There isnt much more pathetic than a drunk alchie faggot. No youre not a cool guy like the movies when you drink your sorrows away, youre just a pathetic faggot that cant deal with life like everyone else. youre literally on the same level as crack whores. or you can keep going and have your foot cut off eventually from the diabetes youll get from drinking, if your liver doesnt die off first while youre sucking some dudes dick under a bridge to get money for a bottle of vodka after youre made homeless eventually.
