Anon, I need some advice.I tried to buy concert tickets from this site:https://museorchestras.com/hans-zimmer/?page=19-1715I didn’t check it properly beforehand. At first everything looked normal — seats available, decent layout, nothing obviously suspicious. When I tried to pay, the transaction took a long time to process. I refreshed the page, then got a bank confirmation request, which I declined and decided to re-enter my details. After that, same thing — long loading, then another confirmation request. I approved it, but nothing happened. A few minutes later I got another request, thought the payment didn’t go through, approved it again — still nothing. Then I checked my bank account and saw two charges.I contacted their support, and they told me that for a refund to go through, my card needs to have an amount equal to double the payment. I didn’t have that much, so I asked if it’s possible to do it in parts — they said yes. They sent me a link and a case ID. I entered my details again, but nothing happened, except I got two extra €1 charges. Then they said my card might be the problem and told me to create an account at Zen.com. I did that, transferred money there, and followed all their instructions. After that, they charged me an amount equal to double the original ticket price — but I still didn’t get any refund. Now they’re saying that for the refund to complete, my card needs to have enough funds (again around double the total amount), and that I only have until tomorrow.Has anyone dealt with something like this?Is this a scam, and is there any way to get my money back?
>>34656191It's 1000% a scam. That's not even the official website for the theater at the address that they posted on that website. If you used a credit card just charge back, otherwise just contact your bank about the fraud and see if they can do anything about it.
not to be mean but you probably should contact a social worker and arrange some kind of situation where only they can authorize you to use money.
