What should I focus on or spend my time doing? I’m prone to paranoia and am on antipsychotics will it still effect me?

I’m making a thread since I don’t have a lot to do at the moment.

10mg isn't even enough to hamper driving on the interstate when you're not on meds. so do whatever you were going to already
