You're screwed unless you work from home, and even then you're going see women at your doctor's office, the DMV, and other such places. If you commute, you'll see a woman. This means you need to work from home, and order all your food as delivery. The thing about working from home, is that you still may have to e-mail a woman. You might not see her, but that is an interaction. So you need a smaller company with a male boss you report to. Or a larger company, with a small section that is yours. I was doing data entry, and could go without seeing a woman for a while if I went out super late at night in my middle of nowhere town, but it wasn't a 100% guarantee that I wouldn't see one.Now if we stop being autistic about the definition if seeing one, and just use interaction as our criteria. You get more leeway at are allowed to commute. Jobs that work for this would be any male dominated industrial jobs.
