Stop using the dumb stuff. It's literally that easy. There is so much life outside of that playskool hellzone. You are trapped in a loop which has never and will never fulfill you. You can use technology as a tool, instead of being a tool of technology. My girlfriend for example has literally zero social media, but keeps up with her period application and a journaling application. She's also a sperg about birds and basically zones out with her Bird pretty-much-PokeDex application.Myself, I just keep the cell in a drawer until I need to do an OTP or whatever. Use the computer for all else. Only make and keep friends who aren't social media smartphone drones. They actually literally exist, it's just hard to grasp at first when you only focus on the drones.
