I have been trying to cut my porn use. I am finding that I can do so pretty well until I get a really bad hankering to look at basically huge breasts. When I get that feeling I have to like try not to google large breasts or whatever. I will tell myself "Well, just looking at tits isn't hardcore porn so it doesn't hurt you." and I don't know if that is the case or not. I don't want to turn my sexuality off or anything but I find that its difficult because looking at tits will just make me slip into hardcore porn. So one second I am looking at Mexican women with large clothed breasts and the next I am looking at triple anal destruction videos or something. I basically can't just utilize the softer stuff without slipping. Is it even possible to use porn responsibly or in a way that doesn't cause your brain harm? As a man, it feels terrible because I feel compelled to use porn whereas women seem unbothered by porn use. Like they can use it and not sustain damage OR they have no desire to use it anyway. What can I do? I ultimately just want to be healthy but I don't know if using porn is necessarily healthy.
>>34703549Hmm, normally the method is to de-escalate from vids to pictures to erotic lit or whatever, but you can't do that so I'd recommend jerking off using only your mind and do it as soon as you get horny so you can bust that nut and move onAnd idk what you're talking about with women, porn isn't good for them to watch either
>>34703839I don't think women using porn hits them as hard as men using porn. Not saying that some women wouldn't be affected by it in an extreme way. Just that womens minds seem more resilient to heavy porn usage.
>>34703839>>34706298Women's porn tends to not be the same as guys (videos of hardcore sex vs. erotica). They are not really the same.
