>it fucking sucks
>I've already locked in to a 13 month lease
>don't have a lot of savings so I can't just lose the job

Should I just end it? I'm looking around for other work but the market is awful

You should really try to get another job before you up and quit. If you're in a big city, you can probably find someone else to take over the rest of your lease

Thing is, I am in a big city but I like where I live. I think I will stick with this job and look for other stuff, as much as it makes me want to blow my shit smoove off

It's sales/marketing. Management straight up lied about several aspects of the job, including commission/pay structure, management is all women who just LOOK like they bullied someone to suicide in high school and bragged about it, the schedule is wretched, and my coworkers are the most dour, joyless people I've met.
