Anything to avoid actually doing it and understanding yourself and these feelings better. I'd encourage you to explore Christianity or Buddhism to provide meaning structures, serial killers tend to have their own personal schizo religious views that usually amounts to killing women so they can be your brides in Valhalla or something equivalent. You want to avoid that.
