If I'll need to get in contact with family or old life people I can just use my arm moles to prove that I'm me. Also how do you plan and begin your new life without people who want to force you to stay in your old life, sabotaging and preventing you from doing so? Obviously don't tell them and pretend you're completely psychically broken and under their control, and plan for you opportunity, but what else? Assume they got you a fake mental illness diagnosis to control you more so you can't trust the legal and medical system in your current country.
