Anyone here have to deal with chronic fatigue? I feel like I'm bedridden sick almost everyday. It's probably in my head that I feel this way but if anyone else has the same experience then what changed your mind about it?
>>34707344I have been feeling like that but cleaning up and exercising seems to help.
>>34707344No joke, what is your diet like? I had constant chronic fatigue, so did the gf, but we've gone through some financial hardship over the last few months which had meant we weren't eating that great, just what we could afford. She started to get really paranoid by how little vitamin C we were consuming, she looked up the symptoms for vitamin C deficiency and we had them all. We spoke to the doctor about it, got recommended we started taking a daily multivitamin and within 3 days the fatigue was gone. We're 9 days in now and our energy levels are crazy. Lack of vitamin C isn't the only one that can cause fatigue, so taking a multivitamin if your diet isn't so great might be worth a try, it's been a lifesaver for us, and they're not even that expensive. If you're feeling like this, please, just try multivitamins, we thought we were depressed as fuck but it turves out we were just deficient.

>>34707491idk you just gotta try to change things up when nothing is working. I felt like you for a few months and still do somewhat but I just sort of got up a few days ago and felt like lifting weights. Maybe try some inspirational videos or something.
My roommate smokes in the other room and it gets in my room next to my computer. I already have an air purifier so what else can I do to cope with second hand smoke?
