I'm very prone to frustration and poor morale, and the combination of the two exhasuts me, and erodes my motivation and self-esteem. I want to get better about this but I don't know techniques around it. Any tips?
>>34707941You’ll have to be more specific. If you get that frustrated about absolutely everything, it seems you suffer from depression.
>>34707955What frustrates me is struggling to do things I used to be good at, which makes me struggle even more and makes the struggling chronic. Examples include writing, drawing, game design, and competitive pokemon
>>34707995>drawingI've felt the same after many years of not doing so, the way I got back at it is by DOING IT AGAIN, and drawing with a purpose, mine was to draw with friends, and trying to do it for/impress them.So find your purpose, and I would suggest you to do it with friends.I'm not sure what to advice you for your other interests, but I guess this one also works for those. If you don't have people that close with similar interest, 4chan already has a lot of niche publics, look around and maybe you could find yourself with a group that could be invested in seeing your works, same applies to other websites.
