i hurt my womb because i was angry beyond control about sexual arousal being the only thing that got left for me to get enjoyment from, that i could rely on and wouldn't be taken away. i wanted actual access to healing or better coping strategies but since it was VERY SADISTICALLY denied, i got angry and self harmed almost automatically. didn't feel much at the moment from how disconnected i was but the relapse is very traumatic. i did not want to have a toxic relationship with my womb because it's not supposed to be the way i comfort myself with, but now the trauma is just....oof. through the roof. just so much worse especially since i did that to my own self, but i also got cornered there.any advice without criticism? about self forgiveness mainly.

Anything else beyond that is sadistic to yourself. If you had been harmed by sadistic people, do not imitate it on yourself, because you keep it alive. Self forgiveness is a defense in this way, so accept it. You will be okay.

There are over 2,500 years worth of writing on how to live the regenerate life, with multiple lineages to choose from. All that's necessary on your end is that you read and then meditate on what you've read. 'The Practicing Stoic' by Ward Farnsworth would probably be a very easy place to start.
