Every night I binge right before bed and wake up feeling nauseous for the first 4 hours of the day. I can't control myself. There is no one to prevent me from eating

How can I overcome this?

Seconded, OP your diet sounds like it is shit.
Read up on fasting. Eating almost nothing except for some yoghurt and soup for a few days allows your body to do a sort of "reset" on eating habits (but you have to read more on how to do it correctly, I'm not the expert).
Then slowly start eating again but focus on eating stuff like apples and ideally cooking and enjoying your own meals.
You can still eat fast food and sweets on occasion but those foods are designed to make you want more instantly, and as your primary nutrition they completely fool your body's signals and underdeliver on essential nutrients to the point of making you sick

Wear a dog shock collar, shock yourself everytime you think of binging.

Eventually, you will physically rewire your brain to associate your binging with negativity and stop stuffing yourself

Also change your diet if you are getting sick from the food you eat
