hi anons! how are you all today?

i love designing cute stuff and i had an idea.

canva allows you to make and print magazines. i was thinking of making one for myself with information that would be helpful to have regarding my health; such as a healthy cycle syncing diet, mindset, breathing exercises to do, how to take care of my skin and hair with natural products, establishing balanced routines, workouts, etc...

i am struggling with my mental and physical health, so it would be really nice to have a guide.

i've been compiling advice and ideas i get from instagram reels. where can i find other resources to help me with information and how would you do it? any ideas you would add? i don't want to use AI.

maybe i'll share it once i finish it in case other anons need something like this, tho it will be tailored for myself...

thank you for reading, and i hope you have a good day!

Pinterest probably, I wanted to do the same but I'm too lazy and stingy to get started. I hope you do it. I think I might tell my sister to do the same too. You can also do it online too. I think

A few years back I went into the skincare rabbit hole. Besides hunting out and testing products, I read a lot of stuff online about various issues/products/routines to get some understanding of what was happening and why some stuff wasn't working for me or what I should go for afterwards. Both in simple skincare websites/blogs and well as manufacturer websites. Just google some pertinent topic and you'll get loads of articles. Youtube has stuff too! Plebbit had a few big subplebbits dedicated to this, what's more important – they had their own discord channels where I could talk with the people there. This was pre-AI and even then there was a lot of conflicting information, but with enough searching you do get some semblance of truth. I did compile a large list of links throughout all of this that I found informative. /fa/ helped a lot in this as I could go there and debate people and give advice that I found previously. The advice I had given I also copied and stored in a text file that I could then look up if need be.
So yeah, that's what I would probably do again for any topic that I would like to invest my time into. Also lately I found books have better organized information, just searching what's popular on amazon is enough.
