There is much more to having a romantic relationship than sex, and most women aren't exclusively in it for the quick hook-up sex. I don't really have a good answer for OP, because I haven't had much luck since college, but "just hire a prostitute" ain't the answer. I'd start by finding hobbies/activities that might put you in contact with women. From there, all you need is one good conversation to at least get the ball rolling. It used to be that people had tons of social outlets (church, work, etc.), but nowadays most of those outlets have either ceased to exist or aren't good avenues for romance (think overbearing HRs).
