I got pressured into taking the Pfizer Covid vaccine in 2021 and I want to kill myself every day because of it. I'm gonna be dealing with the physical ramifications of it for the rest of my life (which will absolutely be shortened). I'm already having heart problems at 26 because of it. But what's even harder to deal with is looking at myself every day and knowing that I'm a weak pathetic coward faggot. I can't even fathom what kind of advise would help with this. I made a horrible mistake and I can't go back. The shame and regret is not getting better with time, rather it's becoming increasingly unbearable.
