>be me>foid in early 20s, going nowhere in life but stuck in retail after graduating with a worthless degree >grew up ugly, so I have body dysmorphia and think I’m still super ugly despite women telling me I’m pretty >help person at work>same person at work asks for my help anytime they see me>I try doing something for myself but it’s so heavy“Anon do you need help?” Yeah. “Hey anon, just radio me anytime you need help! My name is XY by the way!” >le smile at me for a minute while staring and blushing>run into them again and they do that huff smile thing>later I ask them about their day, they stare at me before responding to me “well it’s been peachy, anon! Thank you for asking!”Another coworker asked if I had ever gotten asked out, not only because she says I’m rather cute but because she thinks someone in a different department likes me. She also asked if I had a partner. I assume it’s the person I’ve been talking about. Also that they asked my coworkers if I was single. Am I reading this right or am I just too retarded and desperate?
Do you even know anything about the guy? Retail spaces are no different from high school, all the drama and stupidity included, though with the actually well-adjusted people filtered out.
>>34725177Not much that I know of, they seem to keep to themselves for the most part. Honestly I might just keep my distance and let myself get over it because the last thing I want is work gossip. Due to how big the company is, I wouldn’t risk it. I asked someone else about this coworker and he said that they were weird so that might also make me keep my distance.
>>34725070If they asked your coworkers if you are single, yes they like you. They're pribably working up the courage to ask you out
>>34725248I kind of hope they don’t ask me out and just let me know that wanna be friends honestly I think that would be the best case scenario
