You don't need much time online to get a gf. Real answer is the very lame

Spend whatever other "online time" you would've spent throughout the week 50/50 split between going to the gym 2-3 times a week, and going to two hobby groups you're going to join that have women in them. We want you to start having a social life in the real world with men and women who you don't know.

They're infinitely more likely to fuck you than anyone online.
