I'm trying to quit some bad habits, but I keep getting stuck in this cycle. I start to quit 1 thing, then whenever I start to quit a 2nd thing, the 1st one comes back in.I quit cigarettes (still doing Zyn) 2 months ago. Then last week I bought a pack and smoked 2 then threw it out. Repeat that every other day, and today I smoked a full pack.Trying to quit Video Games, Porn, Nicotine, Caffeine.Anyone else realizing this pattern?
