Is it possible to train my mind to actively desire doing things
What I mean is, I don’t really ever feel desire to do anything ever
It’s not that I do nothing, I engage in hobbies, but I never really want to do them, I never feel any pull towards them or anticipation
I kinda only do things based off of random momentum but cannot recall the last time I felt like doing something, only acting on these sort of preordained plans or sporadicness
Is it possible to train my mind to desire doing things
Because if not I’m basically left with an empty feeling of nothingness

If you try something new and find it fun, you're mind will naturally want to do it again. So if your goal is to cultivate that desire, you'll have to show your brain what's on the menu by trying new things.

Trying new things is one way to do it, but sometimes all it takes is to quit scrolling and allowing yourself to be bored enough to want to do stuff again.
