My gf never has time to do things with me. She has become pretty lazy and low energy, and the only time she has energy is to hang out with her friend group until 3am, or sometimes sleeps over ever weekend. She constantly apologizes but never makes any changes, and uses her PCOS as an excuse for everything. Should I even bother trying to salvage this?

She also doesn't like being in the house all day even though she chose to come back and live here. She only ever finds comfort in her friend who isn't the greatest in terms of being a good influence. My gf has basically regressed to being an adolescent who rarely showers, barely makes dinner so I have to cook all the time, doesn't wash or clean so I do it, even doing laundry is a chore for her. She was let go from her 4th job in less than two years as well, and this puts a bigger financial burden on me to try and provide, but she has time to just hang out with friends.
