She is lurking tons of youtube channels that all promote the weirdest shit and she falls for all of them. Aliens are already here, the free masons control our lifes, earth is flat, etc. and I'm a sheep for not thinking that way. Now that is the one issue and one can ignore it. BUT she doesn't stop there. And here it gets to the point where I really start to worry. She thinks pharma and medicine is something evil and bad. She ordered homeopathy trash last week. Vaccine, especially the covid vac, changes our genetics and in the end kills us early is what she believes as well. And whenever I try to convince her, she ignores it. The studies I sent her, obviously, are controlled by big pharma or so. We are planing to get kids soon and I really have my doubts now if that's a good idea. I don't want a divorce, I want her back on the normal track again.. but I have no idea how to do that. She is now in the mindset that "I'm always against her anyway". Here one advice from me: Entertain your partner, never let them get into boredom. I think that's the big mistake I did. She spends lots of time in her room instead of me taking her to the cinema, a long walk, etc.
>>34766845I think the mistake here was trying to argue with her because it implies you know better. Ask her to explain why she thinks these things and ask hard questions. Especially that last part because those conspiracies are dumb and she won't be able to answer the questions and maybe that'll get her to look into it
>>34766845sounds she's entered the pipeline to countryside tradwife
Yes you should take her to the cinema and take her for long walks. Get her brain out of the bin, be engaging and interactive. Don't let parasitic time wasting junkthoughts overcome her boring lifeBut if you don't have a prevailing interest in health, you should realise that it's an immensely huge field of study. It's a shame that it gets lumped in with conspiracy theories because of the overlapping interest coming from bored moms but the controversy about big pharma and covid vaccines in particular is a legitimate medical/healthcare concern. It's probably not a constant interest of yours so don't be so excessively sure about the tip of the iceberg of what you know about it. It's a womans job to have an overwhelming interest in the health of her family. Let her have that.
>>34766845Tell her she's being brainwashed/indoctrinated and behaving like a child. Also spank her with your sandal or shoe.
My parents are like this too. Mom is too overbearing and dad is too dismissive. I hope you work out a collaborative strategy. Everyday life can be legit made to be more enjoyable if you work at itway too overbearing desu. I wonder if your wife is as much of a freak as my mom. Honestly maybe kids is a mistake ^^ listen if you can have pleasant conversations about things you disagree about, you can be a charming couple instead of a moody one
Ahhhh i fucking hate my mom. You should just fucking psyop her to think that the toxic clouds that the government engineered to poison her brain has done all the damage it can possibly do
>>34766845All of that is true except the earth is hallow, not flat. Everyone above me is the same glowie. Your wife is full of common sense.
>>34766845Just tell her this:Has knowing this information enable you to take ACTIONABLE steps towards improved quality of Life, or are you just doomscrolling with added complexity and narcissism feeding perks?Because in reality, unless the information is actionable for you and improves your quality of life, what use is of it? None. Just tell her "I appreciate you found smth you like exploring but - I would appreciate it more if it had a way of improving your or mine or our quality of life, otherwise it may be more harmful than you suspect."Which is true. If she refuses to find ways to make it worth for you all, then dump her. She may be coming down with paranoid schizo. Look into her family history.Women need to be steered correctly, if they are willing to accept it, if not, replace. When you know you are righteous and intelligent, and woman refuses your leadership, she refuses not only you, but also intelligence and righteousness. She is not going anywhere good with that attitude, so cut your losses.
>>34768879I really want to emphasize this since the occasion is good."If the info is not actionable and knowing it improves your quality of life, what use is knowing it?" The point isnt "is it true?" Truth is not what matters, what matter is actionability and benefit of info you consume.Nearby is a neighborhood store. Africa exists.Which one is more true? Both are true. One is actinable and useful info for me to know. Another is useless. She is basically going "But Africa exists!!!! OMG it exists!!!! " OKaaaaay.... And?? Lizards control the earth.. And?Vaccines are not risk free... And??Certain rich people are insane... Anddd???None of it matters to most people in terms of actionability and usefulness. Try focusing on what is useful and actionable. Not what is true. Plenty things are true beyond your wildest dreams, and yet you have zero usefulness from knowing it or not knowing it.Aim your attention wisely. Lest you delude yourself into thinking you are "based" but are merely a new color of stupid.
>>34766845Tell her that a lot of conspiracy theories only exist to distract attention away from the jews.
>>34766845Technology induced schizophrenia is very real. It used to be tech induced autism more often a few years ago.
>>34766845If I were considering having children, I would not have them with an anti-vaxxer. In an adult who has no children, being anti-vaxxer is annoying as fuck, but usually not that harmful; but in a parent, being an anti-vaxxer can kill the child. Your children's health is too important to fuck around with. Do you really want one of your children to end up brain damaged or blind because she doesn't approve of measles vaccine, or to end up sterile from mumps?
>>34766845She's having a spiritual awakening. You should have one. Sheep.
>>34766845is she lonely? you said something about boredom so I assume shes probably in her room a lot. if she was a typical female she would be clubbing it up with her friends by now. she needs friends otherwise she falls victim to ideologies that make her feel like a tribe and give her a self esteem by making her feel enlightened for having knowledge that not everyone else has. people like this are very susceptible to cults (aka racist discord groups)
>>34768885You just don’t know how to take action. I watch what lizard folk do, to get moneys. Maybe you don’t want people taking action, so you make them feel as if they can’t.
>>34766845That's fucking rough dude.Best of luck, don't think I have any good advice other than that you can't reason a person out of a belief they've never reasoned themselves into to begin with.I think you can't get someone out of a conspiracy rabbit hole simply by showing to them that they are wrong there's usually a deeper psychological reason people believe that kind of stuff. Because they (correctly) notice that there's something wrong with the world we live in and those theories offer a comforting answer and it makes them feel special for being awake to the supposed hard truths of it all.Getting someone out of there is much closer to cult deprogramming than education
