I'm currently stuck in prison (suburbia). No entertainment places within a 5 mile radius. I need a car to go to decent places but I can't save because i can only do part time jobs in college. i can go out maybe 1-2 days a week on weekends because i dont have to work need a hobby thats preferrably free or low cost
Gardening has a pretty active and friendly community.You could ask for tips, post your progress, etc...And there will always be someone asking you for feedback or more than willing to guide you
