When I come home from work I take my shoes and socks off and my feet are RED and itchy, it's painful to the point where if I try to take a nap after work 3 hours later I'm like rubbing my feet in bed from the itch. My feet seem to be back to normal like 8 hours later, but working more than 16 hours a week seems like a nightmare, I wouldn't have enough time for my feet to recover.

How do I stop this rub/shoe burn from happening besides of course getting another job?

Request a uniform modification for a medical reason. Use cream.

What kind of work? If you are getting chemical burns, Vaseline for prevention. Aloe Vera for repair. Try an allergy pill one day and see what that does. Wool socks may help. Stress won’t.

Use a towel to scratch. Your brain can’t process all the stimuli at once. Prolly the blood coming back. Get some Red Wings. Couple hundred is good investment.

You could play guitar with toes like that.

I can't work full time like this

Is the skin dry? Have you tried moisturising? Also, have you tried switching washing powder and fabric conditioner in case you're allergic? Are you walking around a lot at work, or sitting down?

Do your shoes fit? Have you tried double-layer walking socks to reduce friction?
>>
>>34768952
I did that in the past where I cut a hole at the end of the sock for my toes to fit, having two socks on without a hole at the end made it too cramped

This is a weird thread and I'm trying to wrap my head around the idea of taking feet pictures for 4chan
